It might sound too simple to be a relevant advice, but that is probably also the beauty in it.

I am a big fan of simplicity in general - maybe because I am not made for complex thinking or due to my need for organisation and harmony. Paradoxically, the act of movement can be messy, executed without a fixed goal ahead and look funny from the outside.

It is the initial act of moving - and this is both true for physical movement and mental movement - the momentum, that starts somewhere and gets us to another place or perspective that is the hardest and easiest thing to do.

Once we are stuck, each direction seems misleading and every effort tiring. We stay putt.

But here is the good thing about the simple advice to "Just move": Every direction is correct and every micrometer we move, will energise us.
